By the Peace in Kurdistan Campaign: 
Tev-Dem (Tevgera Civaka Demokratîk /Movement for a Democratic Society, Rojava/Northern Syria), the political coalition governing the democratic autonomous region of Rojava, northern Syria, has released a proposal for a peaceful resolution of the conflict in Syria, which has now been raging for four years.
The proposal lays out plan for a political solution to the conflict and a framework for Syrian unity, diversity and mutual respect. It includes basic principles which forces in Syria must commit to, and calls for an immediate ceasefire; the release of political prisoners; and the formation of a committee to draft a new Syrian constitution.
