This is just what is needed to showcase the extraordinary development that is Rojava. In a geographical setting dominated by patriarchal authoritarianism, Rojava is a shining example of an alternative form of human governance based on secular, egalitarian, inclusive and democratic principles. We can all learn much from this initiative.
That the people constructing, administering and protecting Rojava are also fighting a war on several fronts against insidious enemies makes this initiative all the more remarkable.Come along and see for yourself.
