Turkish authorities have failed to give French investigators into the murder of three Kurdish activists information about the prime suspect’s links with Turkey, according to a Reuters report.

The magistrate in charge of the case is about to lodge a formal appeal for information from Turkey about Omer Guney, a Turkish immigrant who has been held in solitary confinement following the brutal murders in Paris in January of Sakine Cansiz – a founding member of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), Fidan Dogan and Leyla Saylemez.

During the first weeks of the investigation the French police concentrated on questioning Guney about his alleged (but non-existent) links to the PKK. They initially failed to consider evidence that Guney made three trips to Turkey prior to the killings and multiple phone calls to Turkey from five mobile phones.

Turkey has failed to tell the French who Guney was calling. This information could be key to determining who ordered the killings. Many people believe this was a Turkish state assassination.

According to Reuters: “Lawyers both for Guney and the victims’ families in France and in Turkey say the investigation has dragged due to concern about political fallout from a case involving two NATO allies linked by a 2011 bilateral security accord”.

Reuters also reports that a computer with judicial files was last month stolen from the home of Jeanne Duye, the investigating magistrate in charge of this case.

Truth of this case will prevail only if Turkey one day break away from the west or else no matter who takes over the charge of investigating this terrorist case ( assassination of the three innocent pkk freedom fighter) it will unlikely lead to the arrest of the those who jointly conspired and ordered the assassination because the order of the assassination were given by very high authorities( defense Minster and the chiefs of 3 intelligent services ) of the 3 governments Turkey,France and Canada ,that are all 3 of them are members of NATO.Meanwhile Omar Gunny is just a picture to cover up the tracks of the terrorist criminals.
